Short version: we don't want your data. No accounts, no PPS numbers, no tracking pixels, no marketing lists.

Who we are

Fair Dues is operated by MemoryMantle Ireland Ltd (CRO 817937), Derrycramph, Cavan, H12 C925, Ireland. That's the data controller. Contact: help@memorymantle.ie.

The free check

Your answers are stored only in your own browser (localStorage), so you can come back to them. They're worked out on your device and aren't sent to us. Clear your browser data and they're gone.

If you buy a Claim Pack

• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. Stripe collects your email and payment information to process the payment and send a receipt.
• Your quiz answers (ballpark figures like rent and income bands, never names or PPS numbers) are attached to the payment record at Stripe, so your pack link keeps working. That's the only copy.
• Lawful basis: performing our contract with you. We keep payment records for six years because Irish tax law requires it.

Server logs

Our host (Railway) keeps standard short-lived request logs (IP address, page requested) for security and debugging.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of, or deletion of, anything we hold about you. Email us. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
