What Fair Dues is

Fair Dues gives general information about Irish tax credits and reliefs, and estimates what you might be owed from the answers you give. It is not tax advice, we are not tax agents, and we are not affiliated with Revenue. We don't file anything for you. You make any claim yourself through Revenue myAccount (or ROS), and Revenue decides the final amount.

Estimates

Estimates use Revenue's published rates, bands and limits for 2022–2026, applied to approximate figures you enter. Real refunds depend on your actual income, tax paid, receipts and what you've already claimed. They can be higher or lower. Only claim what you're genuinely entitled to, and keep your records for six years.

The Claim Pack

• €4.99 one-off payment, including VAT where applicable. No subscription.
• You get access to your personalised pack as soon as payment completes, at a private link. Keep it safe.
• Because it's digital content delivered immediately, you agree it starts straight away and that the 14-day cooling-off right doesn't apply once delivered. That said, if something's wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you. No hassle.

Liability

We work hard to keep everything accurate, but we can't be responsible for decisions you make or claims you submit based on it. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
